Hi
We didn't have to work until this evening, so a couple friends and I went on shore, via water taxi to the amazing beach. The sand was so hot that we had to run to the shade. It's about 30.c and bright blue sky. It feels so strange that we'll be setting sail again in a few hours to head for Manaztlan (probably spelt wrong).
I will try and put some photos on here when I get a chance.

Job travelling dates
Right, well I've just been told the dates of my new job.
I'm going to be an 'Assistant Videographer' onboard the Mercury ship.

I fly to San Diego, CA on the 16th April and go aboard on the 17th. The ship will be going up and down the West coast of Mexico until early May. Then we will be going North toward Seattle and on to Alaska!
I will be at sea for around 6 months.

New York, New Job
Hi. I'm starting this weblog so that my friends and family can keep up to date, when I'm working. I took a one week holiday, with a friend, to New York City before I start my new job as a photographer on board cruise ships. It should be excellent fun and lots of hard work.
First, the NYC trip was excellent. We went to the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building (after dark to see the city lights), a NY Knicks basketball game and Brooklyn Bridge to name just a few.
There was so much to do, so we had a packed schedule and never ran out of places to go and things to see.
I took over 250 photos, so here are just a few, including one of a 'Dust Devil' (mini tornado) in Central Park!
